As In normal life, Normally You react to someone according to your mood. Perhaps if you are happy means you behave to everyone as happy mind. If you are in disturbed mind you get angry to everyone. Like wise you react according to your mood and that mood is your emotion(s) as per the situation based. So that this is how you think with your emotions. you don't understand the situation, you don't understand other person's mood but you just think how you feel that time of the moment. Which we should not to do.

Because no one knows what you are going through and how you are feel your feeling. But they just see your beahaviour, activity and our attitude at the moment. And then they think, behave and react according to your action. Which is not every time be good and which one gives Embarrassments and fights between with you and others.
But we should use emotions to think. It means stop sharing what you feel how you feel about anything to all of your surrounding peoples.

Stop sharing your secrets and problems to anyone of your workplace or classroom. Stop crying and feeling in front of the people. These are our emotions which is hard to control. in yourselves. you find someone to talk when you are sad or disturbed who one understand your mood by just single sight of your eyes, you just want to share it with that people. And Commonly you go to buddies when you are happy and you Dumping unlimitly your happiness to everyone the reason of your happiness. You must stop doing it. Because you invite the evil's eye on you by sharing your blessings and happiness to the people. Because you don't know who is sincere to you and who gets jealous of you. So stop sharing yourself to others. By hiding your secrets and our problems then eventually you become a emotionally stronger person. And being an emotionally strong person helps you to absorb so many things within you without getting worry or panic. And when you become strong you start to use your emotions to think and to perform. And there your success begins.

So stop sharing. People don't like people who just cry all the time. People are not strong enough to give you emotionally support But they love strong people who can support them emotionally when they need.
So just stop sharing. Stop craving for people. And start to love and live by yourself.
