Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools 4. Handle user issues, deliver solutions and alternatives workarounds to help them achieve their goals & follow up to ensure success 5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies 6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication 7. Take the extra mile to engage customers

The core job will involve talking to users of our software from these businesses every day and helping them succeed on our platform. At the end of the 2-year program, our customer success associates are expected to either transition to top-tier international/domestic business school or will be offered a management role within one of the revenue teams (customer success, sales, marketing) within Recruit CRM. 2. Recruit CRM is a 4-year-old SaaS (software as a service) company dual headquartered between the US & India. We serve over 500 of the top executive search & recruitment firms across 72 countries. We are looking for an individual who will provide continued customer service, thus making our customers feel valued and respected. 3. Remote working timings: 1. Europe: Noon - 10 pm, Monday - Friday 2. Asia Pacific: 6 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday 3. North America: 8 pm - 6 am, Monday - Friday 4. Middle East: 10 am - 6 pm, Sunday - Thursday
