Should have very good Excel skills, to generate & publish usage reports of eBooks & Journals
Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Especially, good written communication skills are essential for collaborating with customers, stake holders & internal team members
Strong IT skills, including standard MS Office packages, internet and email
